El desierto de Atacama era un destino considerado como un sueño muy muy deseado por mi y que quería cumplir antes de morirme. Afortunadamente ese sueño se ha podido cumplir y hacer realidad en diciembre del 2007 mucho antes de lo previsto en el tiempo. En la culminación de ese sueño ha tenido mucho que ver el guía que se nos adjudicó al grupo para que nos acompañara en el conocimiento de esos parajes y de esa cultura y que fue el Sr. Jorge Corante. Jorge es unos de los mejores guías que he conocido en mis viajes, persona muy preparada para cada una de las rutas escogidas, culta, didáctica, conocedora del terreno, amable, servicial, cariñosa, paciente, muy orgullosa de sus raíces y de su pueblo y que ha sabido transmitir a todos los que hemos compartido unos días con él. Creo que sin su compañía, conocimientos y recomendaciones el sueño de Atacama habría tenido otro color y otro sabor. El ha conseguido que lo perciba como una explosión de color y que perdure en mi con un dulce sabor..... Gracias por todo ello Jorge. No cambies!! Con todo mi cariño y agradecimiento por ayudarme a cumplir otro sueño mas en mi vida. Ojala nos volvamos a cruzar en la vida pero si no es así, que sepas que estoy contenta de haberte conocido, especialmente conociendo turismo "por dentro" como lo conozco (mi ex-pareja se dedicaba a turismo) y sabiendo que hay guías malos, regulares, buenos y extraordinarios como es tu caso....
